Changes have been made to the men's draw following the withdrawal of four players:
The withdrawn players are:
1. [9/12] Mostafa Montaser (Egy).
Because he was seeded, other players have moved up in bands in accordance with the World Championship Regulations. He is replaced by Egyptian reserve Abdalah El Masry.
2. Pedro Gomes (Bra) , 3. Darren Rahul Pragasam (Mas) , 4. Piotr Hemmerling (Pol)
These players have not been replaced, their opponents receive a walkover.
